Welcome to Hero Line TD (the “Game”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GORNADHA B (“we”, “us”). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country and to meet the minimum age of the app store you downloaded the Game from. If you are a minor, you may only use the Game with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the Game except as allowed by applicable law.
Some features (multiplayer, ranking, cross-device save) require an account, which you may create with Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You can permanently delete your account and its associated data at any time from the Options menu in the Game.

We may remove content, reset progress, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
The Game includes virtual items and an in-game currency (“Gems”) used to unlock heroes and other content. Gems and virtual items:
You do not own virtual items; you hold a limited licence to use them in the Game.
Content you provide (such as your username) is displayed to other players, for example on leaderboards and in multiplayer matches. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display that content for the operation of the Game. You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it complies with section 4.
We may update, change, or discontinue the Game (or parts of it, including online features and game balance) at any time. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.
You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including sections 5, 9, and 10) will continue to apply.
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, arising from your use of the Game.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory local consumer-protection laws apply to you.
